To make a grant for the first time either to DAF or to a particular film, please sign up and create an account. Once signed in you can 'create a new Grant application' which will be sent to DAF for processing. If you have signed up previously as a Grantmaker, please log in first.

All tax deductible grants and donations must be approved. This is to comply with our obligations under the Australian Tax Office regulations that give DAF our DGR and tax exempt status. For this reason it is a two step process. You register or login, then fill in an application form to make a donation, stating your preferred project. DAF will email you the banking details. Once your donation is received you will be sent a receipt. We do not accept credit cards. Donations can be made by EFT or by cheque.

Approvals are made within 24 hours. If your preference to support a particular project is not approved, we will refund your donation or you can choose to support DAF operations.
